My computers along time - part 2

My second was a second hand Schneider EuroPC, IBM PC XT clone, processor 8088, 512Kb RAM with 128Kb RAM extension, Hercules graphic card (orange/black), external HDD , second external floppy unit. Was a bad choice, the HDD had over 20 bad sectors. But I liked and used for MS-DOS, FoxPro, Turbo Pascal.

Urmatorul a fost un Schneider EuroPC, clona IBM PC XT, cu o groaza de sectoare defecte pe harddisk. Ce puteam cere de la un calculator adus in Romania din gunoaiele Europei?

My computers along time - part 1

Computerele mele de-a lungul timpului.

My first personal computer was a zx spectrum clone, CIP, produced by Electronica Bucuresti, Romania. Around 1993 year, I convinced my parents to buy one. I was very happy. Since around 1985 I learned Basic Spectrum language, hoping that one day I will have my own... until then, I simulated every program on paper, with pencil. In those days made fewer mistakes than in the days today - maybe because I used the paper more. Today, the most of us do programming by trial and error , very wrong trend.

Here you can find images and technical details about my first personal computer. Today, I have only a software zx spectrum emulator on my computer.

CIP01

Primul meu computer personal a fost o clona de Zx Spectrum, un CIP 01 produs de Electronica Bucuresti. Cam prin anul 1993 mi-am convins parintii sa-mi cumpere unul. Bucurie mare. Aveam in sfarsit ocazia sa-mi testez toate programele facute pe hartie. La adresa de mai sus gasiti poze si detalii tehnice despre calculatorul CIP

Windmill controller version 1.5

I started here my second version of windmill controller - never finnished. First version and schematic is here. Someone asked me to finnish version 1.5 or to provide silk screen. Today I revised the PCB and found an error - corrected. And silk screen is ready.

Cei care mi-au vizitat situl http://funlw65.googlepages.com/index.html stiu ca acolo am prezentat scheme pentru realizarea de controloare de eoliana, si nu numai... Unul din ele este neterminat iar de curand, cineva ma rugat sa-l finalizez sau sa ofer schema de plantare a pieselor pe cablajul imprimat. Mai jos va gasi ceea ce a dorit (sper).
